Shipping Info + Return Policy
Our turn around time can change without notice due to volume of orders, holidays etc however generally all orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. This does not account for delivery time as Canada Post delivery times may vary. Any delays caused by the CP are outside of our control & for this reason we highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping. Packages will be shipped via Canada Post & will not include tracking or insurance unless you purchase “upgraded shipping” (under SHOP ALL). we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Tracking number will be provided at time of shipping if you have purchased “shipping upgrade”. Packages sent by letter mail will not have tracking or insurance coverage. We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
Taxes + Duties
Customers are responsible for covering any + all costs charged by their country for duties and tariff. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact your local post office or shipping facilities for further assistance.
We strongly suggest reading through our important info on all our listings *(especially the sizing info) as we do not offer refunds. We can accept exchanges for new + unworn/unwashed items. If items can not be exchanged for a similar replacement, shop credit will be given in lieu. Any items with marks, damages, strong odours or signs of washing will not be accepted. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We must be informed of your wish to exchange within 5 days of delivery + we must receive the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Tracked shipping for the return of your time is recommended as we will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages during shipping.
